IRON BACK ARM CHAIR

'Gunner's' iron back chair, originally belonging to his Grandmother, was rescued from a leaking shed and had it been a wooden frame, would probably not have survived.

With the hammer parked, it was a challenge indeed, with all layers hand stitched to the chair frame as well as lining up the striking Gunn tartan from The House of Edgar across all the panels.

A number of pointers from Elsie, Jan and Jenny at Cornhill Courses helped us get this one over the line. A truly unique piece.
